Alerts Overview

The Alerts page contains a list of open alerts (default filter). For clarity, the figure is presented without filters. Let’s consider the important parameters and functionality on this page according to the numbering in the figure above.

In addition to the status column, there is also color coding for alerts (number 1 on the figure above):

  • Red – Open
  • Yellow – Closed – Manually Acknowledged
  • Green – Closed – Auto-Recovered

The “MENU” (number 2 on the figure above) contains the following two options :

  • The “Open” option takes you to the alert description page.
  • The “Acknowledged” option opens a window with the ability to write a solution to the alert and thereby close the alert manually. We will consider in detail in the description of the alert description page. This option is only available for the owner user and admin user, and the alert must also be opened.

The list can be filtered (number 3 on the figure above) by the four options shown below:

  1. By the available Workspace to the user for whom the service is logged in.
  2. By the Severity; there are four options to select from: WARNING, PROBLEM, UNDEFINED and OK.
  3. By status, there are three options to select from: Open, Closed – Manually Acknowledged and Closed – Auto Recovered.
  4. By timeframe, there are four options to select from: last 7 days, last 30 days, last 6 months and last 12 months.
